CLINICAL SUPERVISION & COMMUNITY WORKSHOP TRAININGS (pending)
Why Seek Supervision?
~ In our work, we need to see both “the forest and the trees”
~ We cannot fully take care of our people or ourselves while working in a vacuum. It is not possible.
~ Professional and personal growth is an open, shared, ongoing process under the guidance, support and objectivity of a trained mentor
~ From a creative, respectful, and ethical learning platform, supervision promotes willingness to examine our work, identify and celebrate that which we do well,
and develop competency in the areas needing improvement.
~ Supervision reflects the ethical practice of continued professional training and refinement of our skills.
Debra Marks, PsyD is a CCE-Approved clinical supervisor.
